Why would you do a session?
So often we respond to our present life based on past experiences, unconsciously applying coping mechanisms we developed long ago. Without being able to clearly see where and how we’re using these outdated responses, we continue to create the same blocks in relationships, family dynamics, work stresses, and life in general. Our relationship to ourself and divinity are often clouded by old, automatic reactions to life that no longer fit our current contexts, desires and dreams. These patterns and storylines are difficult to see with our conscious day-to-day mind — we just seem to keep to getting in our own way, with no clear path towards lasting change.
Altered-state modalities allow us to step outside of our day-to-day patterning and view directly the automatic programs we’re running and the results of those programs in our lives. These sessions help us uncover what we are actually working with and see what’s no longer serving us. And the integration sessions that follow help us develop practices and skills to support our findings and re-create the precious life we want to be living.
Each overnight session is customized based on one’s present state, needs, and desires. The session includes an intake consultation before your arrival, a late-night meal afterward, breakfast the following morning followed by a hours-long holistic integration, and a followup call weeks later for continued support as you return to ‘real life’.

Ongoing Support
Every private session includes an hour long preparation call before you arrive, a thorough integration the morning after ceremony, and an hour long integration call 7-14 days post ceremony. However, most people feel they need more ongoing support to actually create the life they want.
These expansive overnight sessions will very quickly show us what stands between us and our joy, but it is still up to us to do the work that is necessary for us to incorporate these learning into our lives in a way that creates lasting change. Most of us have spent our whole life in unconscious survival patterns, so it will take more than one night to create new habits and lifestyle shifts that reflect the person we are becoming.
Doing a series of coaching calls over a 2-3 month period is the very supportive way to learn the skills, strategies and tools you will need to bring lasting change to your everyday life.
