Ecstatic bodywork is a session that was born from the desire to provide an interactive, somatic experience of raising one’s life-force energy to feel its intelligence as it makes it’s way through your heart, body, and spirit and expands your capacity for joy, pleasure and vitality.

These sessions lead us to the root of the unconscious patterns that keep you stuck in surviving instead of thriving. In a safe and loving environment, you can come home to yourself with trust and love while developing practices and skills to re-create the precious life you want to be living.
